The Southern Mallee Transport Connections Partnership is made up of eleven partner organisations from the Buloke, Gannawarra and Swan Hill municipalities, with senior representation from:

• Buloke Shire Council,
• Cohuna District Hospital,
• East Wimmera Health Service,
• Gannawarra Shire Council, 
• Kerang District Health,
• Mallee Family Care,
• Northern District Community Health Service,
• Swan Hill & District Hospital, 
• Swan Hill Neighbourhood House,
• Swan Hill Rural City Council,
• Southern Mallee Primary Care Partnership.

All member organisations represent their local areas, and provide information, input and advice into the development of transport projects that will best meet the needs of their community.

Executive Officer

Ms Pauline Thorson provides leadership, management, project development, community development and coordination for the partnership, and has been in this role since 2004.

Project Officer

Denese Smith provides a transport project role, undertaking community and project development across the sub-region. Denese began work with SMTCP in 2008.
