If you would like to request a booking with the Gannawarra Non-Emergency Transport Service (G-NETS), then please complete and submit the form located below.

If you would prefer to use the telephone, then please call the G-NETS staff on 0428 56 4170 and leave a message.

Once your booking request has been received (by e.mail or by telephone), you will be contacted by staff from the G-NETS program in order to proceed with the application process.

Please note that the G-NETS staff are 'on the road' most business days, so please allow 24 hours to receive a return call.
